Day 1:

Day 2:

  • Case studies and practical exercises to reinforce acquired knowledge and skills.

This course is aimed at professionals working in the IT field, such as information systems managers, IS project managers, IT directors, IT security managers and internal auditors. It is also relevant to corporate managers who wish to gain a deeper understanding of IS governance to improve the management of their information systems.

A general knowledge of information systems and information technology is recommended. Participants should have work experience in the IT field or with responsibilities related to information systems. No specific knowledge of the COBIT and ITIL frameworks is required, but a basic familiarity with these concepts would be beneficial.
