- Registration is confirmed only after full payment or upon receipt of a formal commitment from a third-party sponsor (e.g., a company).
5. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before the start of the training.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, mobile money, and cash (at our office).
- Payment plans may be available, depending on the training program.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If cancellation is initiated by the participant:
- More than 7 days before the start date: 100% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the start date: 50% refund.
- After the training has started: no refund.
If cancellation is initiated by QTA TECH:
- The participant will receive a full refund or may opt to reschedule the training at no additional cost.
7. Training Delivery
- Trainings are delivered either online (via Zoom, Teams, or our LMS) or in person (at our facilities or on client premises).
- Training schedule, duration, and content are specified on the course page.
- A certificate of completion is issued at the end of the training, subject to attendance and active participation.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- QTA TECH is committed to protecting participants' personal information.
- Data collected is used solely for training and administrative purposes and will never be sold or shared with third parties.
- In accordance with applicable laws, participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.
9. Intellectual Property
- All training materials (videos, documents, slides, etc.) are the exclusive property of QTA TECH.
- Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Complaints

- All complaints will be addressed within 7 business days.
