Day 1: Introduction to cybersecurity and program implementation

  • Principles of cybersecurity governance.

Day 2: Understanding roles, responsibilities, risk management and attack mechanisms

  • Risk management.
  • Potential attack mechanisms.

Day 3: Security measures, communication, awareness and training

  • Selection and implementation of cybersecurity measures.
  • Establishing a communication program.
  • Staff awareness and training.

Days 4 and 5: Incident management, follow-up and continuous improvement

  • Preparing information and communication technologies (ICT) for business continuity.
  • Management of cybersecurity incidents.
  • Cybersecurity testing.
  • Evaluate and report on security performance and parameters.
  • Implementation of a continuous improvement process.

Preparation for the PECB Certified Lead Cybersecurity Manager exam.
