Description

The Business Process Model (BPM) is an essential tool for designing, implementing and monitoring business processes. A process is defined as a series of actions or activities carried out by various teams with the aim of achieving specific objectives and generating value for the organization. BPM therefore facilitates the modeling and creation of these processes, while integrating information systems, monitoring operational activities and managing change.
The BPM 2 Fundamental course, which is a prerequisite for access to the other BPM training modules, will provide you with the fundamental knowledge required for a thorough understanding of the business process model. The program covers the key concepts and terminology associated with the field, as well as the motivation, business planning and management of business processes. In addition, it covers various aspects of the BPMN 2 standard, such as analytical and descriptive compliance management, process quality, governance and performance evaluation.
At the end of this three-day course, you'll be able to master the issues, stages and risks involved in implementing a BPM project. Finally, you will learn how to model different types of process, and be ready to obtain BPM Fundamental certification.
