  • People Management: Develop the skills to manage teams effectively, thereby ensuring the success of projects.

Day 2: Themes, Processes and Certification Adapting the 7 PRINCE2 themes

  • Discover how to apply and adjust the PRINCE2 themes according to the environment and nature of the project.
  • Application of the 7 PRINCE2 processes: Learn how to adapt the processes to suit the context and type of project.
  • Exam preparation : Prepare to pass the PRINCE2™ Practitioner 7th Edition exam to obtain your certification.

This course is aimed at the following audiences:

  • Anyone involved in a project, such as project managers
  • project coordinators, project directors,
  • development managers, etc.
  • Project management professionals who hold PRINCE2™ Foundation or higher certification.

Taking this course requires one of the following prerequisites.

  • to sit the exam: to have obtained PRINCE2™ 7 Foundation or PRINCE2 6th Edition (Foundation or Practitioner) certification;
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification;
  • CAPM (Certified Project Management Associate) certification;
  • PMQ (Project Management Qualification) certification;
  • Project Professional Qualification (PPQ) certification;
  • have obtained one of the 4 IPMA (International Project Management Association) certifications.
