Description

With the evolution of increasingly sophisticated and persistent IT threats, it is imperative for businesses to adopt advanced security solutions that require rigorous integration, management and maintenance. Fortinet®, a major player in cybersecurity, offers the next-generation FortiGate® firewall, which runs on a single platform, FortiOS®. The 5-day Fortinet Fortigate NSE4 training course is divided into two segments. The first part, focused on security, extends over 2 days and enables participants to explore the essential functionalities of the FortiGate® UTM. Learners will acquire skills in configuring the firewall, establishing VPN connections via IPSEC and SSL protocols, as well as countering malware and creating URL filters. The second part, which lasts 3 days and focuses on infrastructure, teaches advanced configuration of the FortiGate®, including aspects such as virtualization, IPS and DLP, and prepares students for the Fortinet NSE 4 - FortiOS 7.0 exam. Once all objectives have been met, participants can take the official exam at our PearsonVue Oo2 center to obtain NSE 4 Network Security Professional certification.
