Developed by Fortinet, FortiAnalyzer is software designed to analyze and evaluate the security of a computer network.
During the NSE 5 training course, you'll learn how to manage and use FortiAnalyzer 7.0's features to integrate it effectively into an IT environment. You'll learn to familiarize yourself with analysis and logging parameters, and to create and track network reports. The program begins with an introduction to the tools and administration interface, before guiding you through the use of logs, archives, existing reports and custom reports.
This course is part of the NSE 5 - Fortinet Network Security Analyst path and prepares you for the Fortinet NSE 5 - FortiAnalyzer 6.4 exam (NSE5_FAZ-6.4). By passing this exam, in addition to another NSE 5 exam, such as FortiManager 6.4 (NSE5_FMG-6.4), you will be able to obtain NSE 5 certification.

  • set up log backup, recovery and export;
  • master the content archive;
  • master the various log handling processes;

  • create datasets and charts and use them in reports;
  • program reports or generate them on demand.
