  • Understanding contractual responsibilities and obligations.
  • Managing IT-related risks.

Day 3: IT Governance Assessment and Management

  • IT governance assessment process.
  • IT governance management methods.

Days 4 & 5: Monitoring, Review and Continuous Improvement of IT Governance
IT governance monitoring process.

  • Setting up an internal audit.
  • Evaluation indicators for IT governance principles.
  • Report from the governance department to the management team.
  • Establishing a continuous improvement process.
    Final half-day:
  • Passing the ISO/IEC 38500 Lead IT Governance Manager certification exam (duration: 3 hours).
