The Lead SCADA Security Manager course aims to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to plan, design and implement a security process for SCADA systems.   • Drawing up a risk assessment.
  • Designing a security architecture for the SCADA network.

Day 3: Application of ICS security controls, incident management and business continuity

  • Implementing security controls for a SCADA system.
  • Management and handling of security incidents.
  • Integration with the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
  • Steps for monitoring, analysing measurements and evaluating the SCADA system.

Day 4: Verifying the security of a SCADA system

  • Testing fundamentals and best practices.
  • Regulatory aspects and ethical principles to be respected.
  • Best practices for penetration testing.
  • Security tests specific to ICS.
  • Penetration test management, including planning, quality review and final report.
  • Ongoing monitoring of a testing programme.
  • Skills and assessment tools required for a SCADA security manager.
