Day 3: Monitoring, reporting and risk management

  • Cost tracking and variance analysis
  • Creating customized reports for project tracking
  • Managing project risks and changes
  • Case studies and advanced exercises

Basic knowledge of project management. No previous experience with MS Project is required, although familiarity with other project management tools would be beneficial.
