  • PRINCE2® structure: principles, themes, processes, roles

13:30 – 17:00: The Human Element in Project Management

  • The importance of roles and stakeholder involvement

  • Organizational and project ecosystems

  • Change management, communication, collaboration, and leadership

  • Tools to manage the human element within PRINCE2®

🗓️ Day 2 – Exploring the 7 PRINCE2® Themes

08:30 – 12:30: Deep Dive into PRINCE2® Themes (Part I)

  • Business Case: ongoing justification and expected benefits

  • Organization: key roles, stakeholder structure, communication

  • Quality: quality planning, acceptance criteria, product descriptions

  • Plans: structuring, stage planning, product-based planning

13:30 – 17:00: Deep Dive into PRINCE2® Themes (Part II)

  • Risk: identification, evaluation, response strategies

  • Change: issue and change control, registers and logs

  • Progress: monitoring, control, reports, exception management

🗓️ Day 3 – PRINCE2® Processes & Certification Preparation

08:30 – 12:30: Understanding the 7 PRINCE2® Processes

  • Starting up and initiating a project

  • Controlling project stages and delivering products

  • Managing stage boundaries and project closure

  • Applying processes to real-life project scenarios

13:30 – 16:00: Certification Exam Preparation

  • Full mock exam with collective review

  • Q&A session with the accredited trainer

  • Exam strategy and tips to succeed with PeopleCert

16:00 – 17:00: Closing Session

  • Recap and participant feedback

  • Final instructions for taking the official exam

  • Access provided to the online PRINCE2® Foundation exam

No specific prerequisites. Basic experience in project environments is a plus
