Description

The PRINCE2™ method is one of the most widely used project management approaches worldwide. It is distinguished by its simplicity of learning, understanding and application. Various sectors, such as IT governance, telecommunications, banking, construction and logistics, have adopted it. Designed to meet the needs of both small and large companies, PRINCE2 is also compatible with other project management methods and techniques.
By completing this course, you will gain the fundamentals needed to master the principles of PRINCE2™ 7. You will explore the processes and themes in depth, while developing advanced skills for their implementation as a PRINCE2™ practitioner. In addition, you will learn the essential techniques and tools to effectively embed this method within your organisation.
At the end of this five-day programme, you will have the opportunity to take a mock exam to prepare for the two official PRINCE2™ V7 exams included in our offering. Passing these exams will enable you to obtain the PRINCE2™ Foundation and PRINCE2™ Practitioner certifications (for more information, see the certification tab).
