Certification

This training prepares participants for the ITIL™ Foundation certification, delivered by PeopleCert and internationally recognized in the field of IT Service Management (ITSM).

Please note that the certification “ITIL™ Foundation – Optimizing IT Operations with Strategic Business Needs” is registered in the Répertoire Spécifique under number RS7093. This registration makes the training eligible for the French Personal Training Account (CPF), with the certification examination being mandatory.

Module 4 — Identifying and Leveraging Management Practices

  • Overview of the 34 management practices;
  • General management practices: risk management, supplier management, etc.;
  • Service management practices: incident management, change management, etc.;
  • Technical management practices: deployment management, infrastructure management, etc.;
  • Understanding the role and contribution of the different practices;
  • Prioritizing practices according to the organization's context and requirements.

DAY 3 — Practical Application and Certification Preparation

Module 5 — Applying ITIL™ Concepts Through Practical Case Studies

  • Case studies based on real-world professional scenarios;
  • Building an end-to-end value stream;
  • Analyzing a business scenario and identifying the most relevant practices;
  • Applying ITIL™ guiding principles in practical situations;
  • Selecting and prioritizing practices according to operational requirements;

Module 6 — ITIL™ 5 Foundation Examination Preparation
