Description

The PRINCE2™ method is one of the most widely used project management approaches worldwide. Its ease of learning, understanding and application make it a preferred choice in a variety of sectors, including IT governance, telecommunications, banking, construction and logistics. Designed to meet the needs of both small and large organisations, PRINCE2 is also compatible with other project management methods and techniques.
By taking this course, you will acquire the fundamental knowledge needed to master the principles of PRINCE2. You will explore in depth the seven processes and seven themes associated with this method. In addition, you will learn how to use the tools and techniques required to apply PRINCE2 in your organisation, while receiving valuable advice on how to integrate it successfully.
